Future Vision

Currently under development, sbaOpen’s SERVICE module will allow your staff to track the health of the loan over its life and perform customized and required regular SBA reporting and servicing actions, including processing of monthly 1502 forms through ColsonServices.com.

SERVICE will also streamline servicing actions by automatically prompting for appropriate levels of lender authority. In addition, SERVICE will allow users to define customized ticklers to ensure the highest quality service and performance from each loan.

Currently under development, sbaOpen’s WORKOUT module will focus your staff on issues surrounding intensive servicing, liquidation or guarantee purchase. WORKOUT will supply your staff with a suite of tools and functionality that can be used to track and manage intensive servicing actions for difficult loans.

WORKOUT will also provide access to all necessary resources for ultimately liquidating loans that go bad and completing the SBA guarantee purchase process in an efficient manner.

Currently under development, sbaOpen’s SELL module will connect your staff to the secondary market and facilitate communication between the seller, the broker dealer, the Fiscal Transfer Agent (Colson Services) and the investor.
