3) What is the connection between sbaOpen and sbaAccess?

sbaOpen and sbaAccess are alliance partners. We work closely together to provide best-in-class service to a client base focused on the SBA industry. The companies also share two owners in common – Brian Burke and Karen McHugh.

4) Can I access sbaOpen from my home the same way I can from the office?

As a web-based service, sbaOpen can be securely accessed from anywhere you are able to log onto the internet – your office, home, airport, client site, coffee shop, etc.

5) Is it possible for others to see the data I enter into sbaOpen?

No. sbaOpen is built using enterprise class database and security technologies. Anything you enter into our service can only be accessed by your unique username and password combination.

6) Does sbaOpen provide training?

sbaOpen does not have a formal training program. However, we are building (as fast as possible) a series of video tutorials and online help files that will provide our users with comprehensive information about how to use our service. These files are placed online as they are available, and will be completed by the end of our beta testing period.
