1. Users who are SBA application packagers now have the ability to move between multipler lender clients
2. Improved summary matrix in Gather, Step 4
3. Updated interim income statement
4. Reconciliation of Net Worth automatically updates future years with Beginning Net Woth
5. Approve now includes a broader scope of Eligibility-related documentation
6. Improved administrative features to track and resolve support calls
