sbaOpen’s first loan package was received, reviewed and APPROVED by SBA on Friday of last week.

The SBA loan officer who reviewed the package commented that it was very well put together and organized.  He said he appreciated that because packages as complete as this one are more rare than you would think.

 

Keeping with our commitment to always improving and refining our service to meet the needs of the SBA community, sbaOpen has released a new version of our service.

As our community continues to grow, our service improves through their useage and feedback.

The new features, enhancements and fixes in version 1.0.0.2005 include:

  1. Enhanced depth and breadth of documents included in the package that is submitted to SBA via the APPROVE module.
  2. Created a new STEP in the ANALYZE module that focuses exclusively on the Interim Income Statement.
  3. Optimized the Current Business Debt step and associated Eligibility test.
  4. Improved the tool for Lender conditions on Life insurance.
  5. Enhanced Construction Eligibility test.
  6. Users now have a choice on Form 4 Schedule A between using the SBA PDF form or an sbaOpen custom report.
  7. Added SBA Form 1846 to the packaging portion of the application.
  8. Enhanced SBA Size Standard Eligibility Test.
  9. Expanded the EPC/OC Eligibility Test.
  10. Added a STEP to the ANALYZE module that focuses exclusively on Historical Tax Information.
  11. Users can identify owners and their spouses in order to share Form 413, Personal Financial Statement, and Form 4506-T forms.
  12. Enhanced SBA Form 159 for better data entry..
  13. Enhanced the Debt Coverage Analysis step to include a new matrix.
  14. Improved Form 4 - Business Indebtedness report.
  15. Improved Form 4 - Signature Page.
  16. Improved the One Click Submission process.
  17. Fixed Form 4506-T - for owners that are legal entities.
  18. Improved Gather - Step 8 - Historical Tax Information for ease of use.
  19. Enhanced Gather - Step 4
  20. Automatically generated attachments to SBA forms that don't need to be signed are also automatically a part of the submission package.
